People are often surprised to learn I started as a Study Abroad Advisor. But to me, design has always been part of my work, whether it was crafting experiences for students at UC Berkeley or collaborating with faculty and international partners to streamline complex services behind the scenes.
That mindset carried into my work as a Senior Product Designer. At GoodRx, I designed experiences that helped members stay engaged with their healthcare beyond just discounts. Before that, I led 0-1 product design at WeightWatchers, shaping tools for both members and coaches. Earlier, at Fjord, I honed my service design skills across healthcare and finance.
I'm drawn to problems that require both strategic thinking and deep empathy, where good design doesn't just improve an interaction, but changes how people engage with their health, their communities, or their daily lives.
I'm currently exploring opportunities to continue this work, especially in healthcare, wellness, or other spaces where design can genuinely improve outcomes.
When I'm not designing, you'll find me writing for Timid Magazine, mentoring aspiring product designers, or enjoying the sun in Oakland, CA. ◡̈
