People are often surprised to learn I started as a Study Abroad Advisor. But to me, design has always been part of my work, whether it was crafting experiences for students at UC Berkeley or collaborating with faculty and international partners to streamline complex services behind the scenes.
That mindset carried into my work as a Senior Product Designer. At GoodRx, I designed experiences that helped members stay engaged with their healthcare beyond just discounts, from supporting medication adherence to building the Rewards program. Before that, I led 0-1 product design at WeightWatchers, shaping tools for both members and coaches. Earlier, at Fjord, I honed my service design skills across healthcare and finance.
In every role, I bring a service design perspective grounded in human needs. I’m always asking how we can design not just for individual moments, but for the neighborhoods, cities, and ecosystems people navigate.
I’m currently exploring opportunities to continue designing thoughtful, impactful experiences, especially in mission-driven spaces.
When I’m not designing, you’ll find me writing for Timid Magazine, mentoring aspiring product designers, or enjoying the sun in Oakland, CA. ◡̈
