Curiosity – this word has defined and continues to define my growth as a designer. My curiosity of my culture led me to Vietnam and then to a career as a study abroad program coordinator. In this position, I learned about service design and my role in designing processes for different stakeholders. Eventually, my curiosity led me to Seattle where I received a master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from the University of Washington.
Now as a curious Interaction Designer at Fjord, I am using my service design background to create thoughtful experiences centered around human interactions.
Sketching is my go-to ideation tool and outlet for relaxation. It is also my lifelong learning skill, so I am constantly trying to improve my drawings.
Since traveling is a huge part of who I am, my goal is to travel abroad at least once a year.
Favorite cities: Hanoi, Tokyo, and Nice.
I have two younger brothers, Vinny and Rumble. Most of the time, I side with the fluffy one.
