About me —

People are often shocked when they hear that I was previously a Study Abroad Advisor. "How did you get into design from such a different field?" This is a question I often get in some shape or form. My go-to answer is that everything we do is influenced, discreetly or indiscreetly, by design. Design influences our general sensemaking of the world.

As a Study Abroad Advisor, I design services that allow students to travel and learn overseas. I collaborated with faculty, international partners, and other advisors to improve our backstage processes, impacting the front stage student experience.

Now I'm a Product Designer at WW (formerly Weight Watchers), where I create delightful moments for members' wellness journey. Previously, I was a Service and Interaction Designer at Fjord, where I worked with clients on health-related projects.

Outside of work, you can find me writing for
Timid Magazine, and mentoring aspiring designers through various organizations.
